Privacy
Privacy policy.
This policy explains what we do with the information you send us through this website. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Who we are
Karbonomics SAS, trading as Karbonomics, is responsible for the processing of personal information described in this policy.
Our registered address is 6 Place de la Madeleine, 75008 Paris, France. You can reach us about privacy matters at info@karbonomics.com.
Please refer to our Legal notice page for Publisher information.
What we collect
What you send us. When you use one of the forms on this site — a partnership enquiry, consumer app early access, an application, or the contact form — we receive what you typed into it: your name, your email address, and anything else in the fields you filled in. We also record which page the form was sent from and, if you arrived through a campaign link, the campaign parameters in that link.
Booking information. If you choose to book a test session through Calendly, we receive the booking information you provide, such as your name, email address and scheduling details.
Analytics, only if you allow it. If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 records how the site is used: pages viewed, how far down you scrolled, which buttons were clicked. If you decline, Google Analytics is not activated. Necessary technical processing and the cookie used to remember your choice may still occur.
No accounts. This website has no sign-in and no user accounts. The consumer app is separate and is not covered by this policy.
Why we use it and on what basis
- To reply to enquiries and partnership requests. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and developing potential business relationships.
- To manage applications. Where you apply for a role with Karbonomics, we use your information to assess and manage your application. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before potentially entering into an employment or other working relationship.
- To manage early-access requests. We use the information you provide to register your interest and contact you about the early-access programme. Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
- To understand how the site is used. Legal basis: your consent, given in the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

You may have the right, depending on the circumstances, to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive certain information in a portable form. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time — for analytics, through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Write to info@karbonomics.com and we will respond without undue delay and normally within one month. In certain cases permitted by law, this period may be extended by up to two further months. If you are not satisfied, you can make a complaint to the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may process personal information outside the European Economic Area.
